I visited Loretta’s twice during my stay in May and absolutely loved the cookies! I enjoyed them so much that I wanted my coworkers to experience them too, so I placed an online order with two-day shipping.

When the cookies didn’t arrive until the fifth day, I was a little concerned since this was my first online order and I wasn’t sure what to expect with perishable items. I reached out to Loretta’s Bakery, and I was very pleased that someone contacted me within 24 hours to help address my concerns.

Thankfully, the cookies arrived in great condition. My coworkers commented on how well they were packaged, including the bubble wrap that kept them protected during shipping. There was no damage at all, and although a replacement order wasn’t necessary, I truly appreciated Loretta’s Bakery’s responsiveness and effort to make sure I had a great experience.
