Our products are made fresh daily. Loretta's Pralines have no preservatives, therefore they will crystallize in three (3) weeks.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, some items may not be available.
No matter which shipping method is selected, we require up to 2 business days to process your order (if you select FedEx next day, you may not receive your product the day after you place the order). An order must be received by 12:00 p.m. (CST) for the day the order was placed to qualify as a "business day". On the rare occasion in-house processing will take longer than 2 business days, we will contact you.
FedEx does not deliver on Sunday and will only deliver on Saturday for an additional fee. If you require a Saturday delivery, please call us.
If you are ordering for an event, or need your order by a certain date. Please call us at 504-944-7068 before placing your order.
We ship your packages through FedEx Tuesday – Friday. All shipments leave from New Orleans, LA. To ensure freshness any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.
All Online orders automatically calculates shipping costs based on weight, number of boxes required for shipment and destination.
Due to the length of time to ship for orders going to the North East or West Coast, we recommend you ship, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air to ensure freshness upon delivery. For rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations e-mail us at email@example.com.

Returns and Refund Policy
We carefully inspect every item before it is shipped. Loretta’s Pralines will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages, stolen packages or packages that are damaged by elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge may apply. In the rare event that a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
We handle situations like this on a case by case basis. We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control
